A picture based off of the JRPG Tales of the Abyss featuring the notorious scene where princess Natalia had her servants feed her large quantities of various pastries to the point where her body loosely resembled some sort of helium based aircraft as preparation for the bombing of Akzeriuth. There were no survivors.
